Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Where orders ship from
Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse when inventory is available; otherwise an international warehouse fulfils the order to keep delivery fast.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a phone call, text message, or email from the delivery carrier with updates or delivery instructions. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, you can arrange a new delivery date directly with the carrier.

Shipping is free on every order. Nothing extra is added at checkout, whatever your delivery address or shipping method.

Orders placed with shipping addresses in any of the destinations listed above will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
