In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 60-day return guarantee for products purchased through our official website. Return shipping is covered once your return is approved.

Contact support within the return period with your order number, a description of the issue and a video showing the problem. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

For hygiene and safety reasons, masks that have been worn or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

A 1-year limited warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials under normal use, for orders placed on the official website.

The Red Fusion 5D is designed to be safe and gentle when used as directed. It does not produce heat or a warming sensation during use, and users have not reported a warming sensation or discomfort during their sessions.

Light therapy is not recommended for people with photosensitive conditions, certain skin disorders, or those taking photosensitizing medications.

Children under 16 should not use the mask. Anyone taking medication, or with sensitive skin or eyes, should consult a healthcare professional before use.

Before: cleanse your skin and remove makeup, sunscreen or oils. After: no downtime is typically needed. Apply moisturizer if your skin feels dry and avoid prolonged or intense sun exposure for 48 hours.

The Red Fusion 5D combines professional-grade VCSEL lasers and precision LED light therapy across 4 wavelengths. Different wavelengths reach different depths of the skin, allowing the mask to address multiple skin concerns in a single session. Simply wear the mask for the recommended session time and let the light do the work.

For best results, use the Red Fusion 5D 3–5 times per week, with each session lasting 10 minutes. Consistent use is recommended to maintain your results over time.

Many users begin to notice improvements in skin texture and overall radiance within 1–2 weeks, while more visible changes in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles may take 2–4 weeks or longer. Individual results vary.
