Refund & return policy.

You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, masks that have been worn or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Corique Cove covers return shipping once your return is approved. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

1. Email support@coriquecove.com within 60 days with your order number, purchase email and reason.
2. We review the request and send return instructions.
3. After inspection, we let you know whether the refund is approved.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason, without justification.
